Update to the hosting discussion

Please allow me to begin this post with an apology for not making this or a similar post long before now. While I concede that there is not a valid excuse for my delay in providing an update the only excuse that I have is that it has been tremendously busy. Of course there was also the broken leg, but that should have provided me more time to document and communicate. At any rate please accept my deepest apologies at the lack of information that has been forthcoming regarding the hosting discussion.
First I would like to thank everyone who chose to share their thoughts and opinions. Your feedback is truly something that I and the others on the Mosaic project value deeply! Generally the community seems supportive of and confident in our abilities to meet this challenge head on. While that confidence is shared by many of us on the project we believe that more investigation is necessary in order to make a fully informed decision.
