Iteration Timeline:  

  1. The first iteration in September 2008 configured the software and demonstrated the ability to set up and pay a few people. 
  2. The second iteration in December 2008 set up and paid the 200+ employee test group.  
  3. The third iteration in March 2009 will be to pay the defined 200+ employee test group using converted data. 
  4. Successive iterations from June through September 2009 will be run against a full payroll in preparation for the HR System "Go Live" in October 2009. 

Checkpoint:

April 1, 2009 - HR Checkpoint:  HR System will integrate with Kuali Financial Systems (KFS). On this date, an evaluation will be made to determine if KFS will be going live July 1, 2009 as planned, or if the KFS go live date has been delayed and interfaces need to be made with Financial Record System (FRS) instead.
